Jay Carson, a former deputy Los Angeles mayor and aide to both Hillary and Bill Clinton, arrived in São Paulo yesterday to set details about Michael Bloomberg’s participation in the event. He joined C40 last year and one of his missions is to define the New York City’s Mayor logistics around the city. Bloomberg will be at the C40 opening with Gilberto Kassab.
