On May 31st, Mayor of São Paulo Gilberto Kassab and Robert Zoellick will present the first results from the CFCB – Carbon Finance Capacity Building - a program that identifies local capacity to reduce greenhouse gas emission and possible carbon credit markets. Sao Paulo is part of the Project since 2007 along with Jakarta, Indonesia, Quezon City, Philippines, and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
