Border Reopening: know which are the recommendations to Brazilians that need to travel to countries in Europe

During the Covid-19 pandemic, many countries restricted flights from Brazil for a while and the entry of Brazilians and passengers with a recent stay in the country to prevent the increase in the number of cases and deaths from this disease. Despite that, other nations already started the process of reopening borders and resuming international flights.

However, even with the pandemic, some people need to travel abroad for essential reasons - such as professional motives or family emergencies. The city of São Paulo and the Municipal Department of International Affairs reinforces the recommendations set forth by the World Health Organization (WHO) and specialists which include the continued practice of social isolation, discouraging international travel for tourism.

Albania
The country doesn't have any restrictions on the entry of foreigners, it's only mandatory wearing a mask in public places.

Austria
Passengers that have been in Brazil for the last 10 days need to fulfill a Check-in (up until 72 hours before the arrival at the country) and present a medical certify confirming a negative molecular test RT-PCR, signed by a doctor, or a negative RT-PCR teste, both performed within 72 hours prior. Those attestations must be in English or German and inform the following data: full name, birth date, date and hour of the test, the signature of who performed the test, and a stamp of the institution responsible. Ireland
It is necessary having a visa for the entry - citizen of South America and Africa without the document's possession will be barred. The Justice Department of Ireland stopped accepting visa requests, unless in emergency and priority cases - for more information, click here. With the possession of the visa, it is also required a Passenger Locator Form and a negative RT-PCR test performed up until 72 hours before the travel. Passengers are also designated to comply with quarantine in pre-designated installations in Ireland.
