Urban Operations

Faria Lima

Within an area of 450 hectares, it's located in the City's southeastern region, and is one of the most dynamic and valorized areas of the City. This operation was proposed with the objective of improving road conditions to make feasible the region's new real estate pole.

The modifications that may be requested are: Increase Construction Potential and alteration of use and other legal parameters of use and soil occupation.  There are also incentives to lot reunifications, and to the creation of public spaces. To participate in the operation the lots must have a minimum area of 1000 square meters.

The Investment Program foresees several road improvements, the re-qualification of Largo da Batata through the construction of a new intermodal transport terminal and the provision of homes for slums' residents in the region. These interventions are financed by the negotiation of CEPACs (Additional Construction Potential Certificates), auctioned publicly, and also by the city's budget.
