Among the projects comprised within the Municipal Plan of Privatization, real estate was registered, considered a priority because of the need of the reorganisation of the municipal real estate framework and the current situation, which demonstrates underutilization and irregular occupation.

The project aim is to analyse, select and obtain information of municipal properties, so that they can be improved and can culminate in their alienation, either through the integration of such assets in a Real Estate Investment Fund, or by means of an auction, or through its use in the provision of public services. In summary, the project is important for the improvement of municipal real estate, besides being attractive for private investors.
